In line with Government initiatives on healthy eating, this DVD-rom is designed as a tool to aid the School Meal Service train staff in new work practices, as well as an awareness tool for governor and head teachers. The pack involved filming specific footage shot on location, supplementary documentation, on-screen presentations for group instruction.
