At Two Thirds Design, we’re delighted to introduce The REGULATION Collection™ – a new range of structured sensory movement pathways designed to support regulation, focus, emotional wellbeing, and readiness for learning.
Developed for schools, alternative provisions, and specialist settings, The REGULATION Collection™ provides a practical, evidence-informed approach to helping pupils regulate their energy levels and prepare for the demands of the school day.
Why Regulation Matters
Many schools are seeing increasing numbers of pupils who struggle with focus, emotional regulation, transitions, and readiness for learning. Whether a child is over-alert, under-alert, anxious, distracted, or struggling to settle, movement can play an important role in helping them reach an optimal state for learning.
The REGULATION Collection™ has been designed to provide schools with structured, repeatable movement experiences that can be embedded into daily routines and delivered by existing staff.
A Simple Three-Stage Approach
Every route follows the same evidence-informed pathway:
ALERT
Activities designed to safely increase alertness or release excess energy through movement and sensory input.
ORGANISE
Activities that support coordination, motor planning, concentration, and body awareness.
CALM
Breathing, stretching, and grounding activities that help pupils regulate and prepare for learning.
Together, these three phases help pupils move from dysregulated to calm, focused, and ready to engage.

The READY Route™
Designed for primary schools, The READY Route™ uses seven structured mats to guide pupils through the Alert → Organise → Calm sequence.
