The REGULATION Collection™ Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Two Thirds Design Ltd.
Company Number: 5884244.
Registered Address: Curdworth House, Kingsbury Road, Curdworth, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands B76 9EE.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to UK schools and educational settings.

Entrants must be aged 18 or over and authorised to enter on behalf of the school or educational setting.

Employees of Two Thirds Design Ltd and their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion, are not eligible to enter.

3. How to enter

To enter, participants must:

  • Follow Two Thirds Design
  • Like the giveaway post
  • Comment with their school/setting and answer the question: “What is the biggest regulation challenge your pupils face during the school day?”
  • Tag a teacher, SENCO or school who may also be interested
  • Use #RegulationCollection

Entries can be submitted via LinkedIn, Instagram or Facebook.

No purchase is necessary.

There is one entry per person, regardless of how many social media platforms they use.

4. Closing date

Entries close at midnight on Wednesday 14 October 2026.

Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw.

5. Prize

One winning school will receive their choice of:

  • READY Route™ – Primary Schools, or
  • RESET Route™ – Secondary Schools

The prize consists of one REGULATION Collection™ route, including seven activity mats and the standard supporting implementation/adaptation resources applicable to that route.

The winning school must confirm which route is appropriate for its setting.

Installation is not included.

The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

6. Winner selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The winner will be drawn on 16 October 2026.

The winner will be contacted using the social media account used to enter.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Two Thirds Design Ltd reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Prize dispatch

The prize will be dispatched after the October half-term holiday.

Two Thirds Design Ltd will contact the winning school to confirm the appropriate route and delivery arrangements.

8. Winner announcement

Two Thirds Design Ltd may announce the winning school on its social media channels, subject to any necessary consent.

Only the school/setting name will be used for any public announcement unless otherwise agreed.

9. Entries

Two Thirds Design Ltd reserves the right to disqualify entries that are offensive, inappropriate, unlawful, misleading or otherwise unsuitable.

Entries must be made by the individual entering the giveaway and must comply with the requirements above.

10. Social media platforms

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn, Instagram or Facebook.

By entering, participants acknowledge that these platforms have no responsibility for the promotion.

11. Personal information

Personal information supplied for the purpose of administering the giveaway will only be used for purposes connected with the promotion and in accordance with Two Thirds Design Ltd’s privacy policy.

Entering the giveaway will not automatically subscribe entrants to marketing communications.

12. Changes to the promotion

Two Thirds Design Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

13. Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
