The brief: To transform the English Department. Focus on promoting a love of reading, the current reading list and top tips for great grades.
The process: Two Thirds Design were invited to Crestwood School to brainstorm ideas for a large corridor made up of three sections. We used book spines, illustrations of great authors and quotes to design a huge backdrop for the walls.
The end result: The lift area was covered with wall vinyl, two brick areas were cladded with hardwearing cut-to-shape diBond and foamex boards up high on stand-offs to hide ugly trunking and electrics.
