The Brief

Matlock Bath Holy Trinity CofE (VC) Primary School invited us to advise and create a concept to transform their reception entrance into a welcoming

The Process

Working together with the school, we created icons that represent their values: Compassion, Perseverance and Community. We then looked to the local landscape for inspiration, to create a display that brought their values together along with the Vision, bible statement, school motto.

The Result

A welcoming entrance that doesn’t just look bright and cheerful, but tells the a story. A school values tree, with snap frames to display pupils work for each value, and paper leaves for pupils to add their thoughts and prayers, making this a real resource for the whole school. Icons for the school motto along with update-able snap frames. Window vinyls on the outer and inner doors continue the design and give a sense of depth and nature.
